Our Tajarin

**
ORGANIC FARMING:
GOOD FOR NATURE, GOOD FOR YOU
**
We produce our Tajarin using organic stone-ground flour from the wheat crop that we produce each year, certified organic since 2001. This year we celebrate the tenth anniversary of our entry in organic farming: an agriculture that is good for nature, good for you; a growing respect for natural balance, based on working the land, mecanical cleaning product and separation of grains of wheat from the weeds and not use of chemical treatments. A process that allows us to offer a grain with superior characteristics, especially in terms of taste, which keeps the body clean and prevent the accumulation of harmful substances. To produce our Tajarin our grain is stone-ground and sifted, then we add four eggs per pound of flour: thus our Tajarin are organic. We sell directly the flour too, stone ground and passed through a sieve, type 1, 2 and full.

Our farm is an ancient court, located in the flat plain in between the monferrato famous wine hills. We are at the entrance of the village of Quattordio, 500 meters from the Highway Torino - Piacenza exit of Felizzano, in Piedmont, Italy
