Our
Tajarin
Our hand made Tajarin
are made with the wheat we produce in the fields and the eggs of our chickens,
working with organic agriculture methods. We have a stone mill and grain
the wheat as well as we use it, combining one kilo of flour with eight
fresh eggs. We mix them togheter and add a little of water. We pass the
whole between tight rolls and make the Tajarin that stir naturally.
